We grow a large assortment of lettuces and nutritious green to add to this European style blend. Assortment and selection are random, but this mix is all medium to strong flavor greens.
Some people have a supply of lettuce and want to class it up and add the higher nutrient greens. Other people use these as braising greens for savory cooked dishes.
Our lettuces and greens are grown in mineralized soil without chemicals. They are picked, trimmed and curated to make you look like a kitchen genius!
