We grow a large assortment of lettuces, nutritious greens and edible flowers to add to this premium blend. Assortment and selection are random, but this mix is 50% to 60% lettuce, 40% to 50% strong flavor greens.
Our lettuces and greens are grown in mineralized soil without chemicals. They are picked, trimmed and curated to make you look like a kitchen genius!
